Léo Ternoir

Lead product designer at Aria, based in Tours, France. 8+ years designing B2B products people use all day to run a business.

I work end-to-end, from framing the problem with founders to shipping interfaces with engineers.

Roles

Lead product designer at Aria Now

Aria turns payment terms into a product: a buyer pays later, a seller gets paid now, and Aria carries the risk in between. I lead design across that promise, from supplier onboarding and risk review to the factoring components partners embed in their own platform.

A supplier's credit limits, with outstanding, reserved and available split across two guarantors, above the advance payments drawn against them. Fixture brands and amounts.
Credit limits
Aria's factoring components running inside a partner ERP, each one outlined: the financed and pending-redirection totals, the supplier's status, and the advance payments grouped by where they are. Fixture platform, brands and amounts.
Embedded factoring components
The company documents step of Aria onboarding, where a supplier uploads its registration certificate, articles of association and beneficial owners extract
Document collection
The review panel on a single loan: a risk score broken into credit, fraud and other, then the loan, the invoice it finances and the debtor behind it. Fixture brands and amounts.
Risk review
A draft reconciliation: the repayments received from one supplier's customer on the left, the invoices they are being set against on the right, an auto-matched invoice offered for one click, and a running balance that has to reach zero before it can be confirmed. Fixture brands and amounts.
Repayment matching

Senior product designer at Bigblue

Bigblue is fulfilment for e-commerce brands. I worked across the merchant app (stock, orders, warehouse operations) and the customer-facing apps brands put their own name on, including the order tracking and returns portal.

A customer-facing order tracking page under the brand's own domain and logo, with the arrival date, the carrier and what is in the order
Branded order tracking
The settings where a brand sets the domain, colours, background and corner style of its tracking portal, with a live preview beside them
Portal branding
The product table with incoming, reserved, available and for-sale stock per warehouse, under a summary of total volume and days of remaining inventory
Stock monitoring
The modal for changing an order's fulfilment warehouse and carrier, with the estimated fulfilment, label and VAT cost it would come to
Shipping method
The dashboard's order status counts, pending through shipped, above a chart of fulfilments per day
Order status
One order end to end: the package and what shipped in it, the customer and delivery details, and a timeline of every status change and email sent
Order details and history
An order page carrying the in-app prompt to activate product exchange, next to the customer return it would apply to
